Meet chanelle
I am the founder of Fab HQ. I started in the beauty industry over 10 years ago and started the business from a small room conversion in my garage.
Initially, I started off learning lashes & brows but soon realised my expertise lay in the field of aesthetics. I now own 2 salons, a training academy and my very own lash brand Fabulash Professional. I train hundreds of students every year to reach their goals in either Aesthetics, Lashes, Brows, Facials and Semi-permanent make up and I love being part of my students development.
My passion is in aesthetics, I can take one look at someone’s face and know what tweakments would work for them & it’s this eye for the facial anatomy that I like to pass onto my students with my personally designed comprehensive training.

1. Do I need any experience to start training?
No — our Foundation, Ultimate, and Elite Pathway courses are built for complete beginners. You just need to be 18+ and a UK/NI resident. If you're already qualified and want to level up, our 1-day advanced courses (fillers, toxin, skin boosters) are there for you too.
2. What's actually included in the price?
Every pathway course comes with a full starter kit (products, microneedling device, consumables), CPD accreditation, 24/7 WhatsApp tutor support plus an emergency out-of-hours line, and guidance on getting insured and finding a prescriber afterwards. Nothing extra to buy before you can start treating.
3. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — all pathway courses can be spread over 60 payments through Humm, with Payl8r and Klarna also available (late fees apply with Humm). No need to pay the full course fee upfront.
4. Will I actually get to practise on real people?
Yes. Every course includes live model practice, not just theory or practising on synthetic skin. With max 3 students per course, you get hands-on time with your tutor rather than watching from the back of a big class.
5. What's the difference between the Foundation, Ultimate, and Elite pathways?
Foundation (4 days) covers the core skills — filler, toxin, skin boosters, microneedling and more. Ultimate (5 days) adds advanced masterclasses in filler, toxin and skin boosters. Elite (6 days, with a separate return day) goes further still with Russian lips, 8-point facelift, SMAS tox, tear trough and IV/phlebotomy training.
6. What support do I get after the course ends?
You keep access to 24/7 tutor support via WhatsApp, plus guidance on insurance and finding a prescriber partner. You're also added to a private WhatsApp community for ongoing networking, accountability, and support — training doesn't just stop the moment the course does.
